While participating in the AssetBuilder Discussion Forums,please observe the following rules:
- AssetBuilder Discussion forum is for educational purposes only and is moderated for removal of any testimonials regarding AssetBuilder in compliance with Rule 206(4)-1 of theInvestment Act of 1940. - Posting any generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to banned membership.
- Be patient. Scott receives hundreds of forum and email request daily. While he tries his best to answer each and everyone, he is not capable of answering them all. Scott only visits the forums once or twice a week. If you asked a question that he feels can help many of the other forum members then he will answer your question. Please remember that if you are looking for an answer quickly it is best to ask the other forum members and not Scott.
- Please keep in mind that your postings on this public forum will become public. Your text will be available to anyone with an internet connection. Think about your post before you make your financial information public.
- Be Polite. While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts and ban users without notice.
- Post that include advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are not allowed and the user will be banned from the AssetBuilder site without warning.
- No external links to competitors. Linking to external competitors is against AssetBuilder policy. Any links or references to competitor’s URL’s will be removed without notice.
- Do not contact anyone to suggest your product or service who is not explicitly expecting you to contact them from an advertising forum post.
- You may not post words or URLs that are censored by adding spaces, dots, or substituting characters; or by any other means in an attempt to defeat any censors put in place by AssetBuilder. Please contact us if you feel a word or URL is unjustly censored.
- Each message writer is responsible for what he or she writes; AssetBuilder assumes no responsibility, legal or otherwise, for what is written here.
- While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
