I have my investments at Fidelity and have found that the American Century International Bond Fund (BEGBX) is not available through their Funds Network. Do you have a recommendation for a substitute?

American Century closed their International Bond fund (BEGBX) to new investors last year. Fortunately, a lower cost ETF fund was created about the same time. Here's the link to the column I wrote about the change:
