The SEC Rule [206 (4)-1(a)(1) of the Advisory Act] governing testimonials and especially advertising are extremely broad and vague. We found it a daunting task to try and educate our prospective clients on our business and stay within these guidelines. This lead to our removal of the AssetBuilder Forums. Scott’s educational forum is actively moderated in order to meet compliance regulations.
