Bruce's journey into finance was preceded by a successful tenure in the creative industry. As the co-founder of Griffith Phillips Creative, one of the top 25 agencies in the Southwest, and later as Senior Vice President at Eisenberg & Associates, he honed his skills in strategic thinking and innovation.

Outside of AssetBuilder, Bruce is a dedicated volunteer, serving as an assistant softball coach at the University of Texas at Dallas. He also enjoys channeling his competitive spirit into home improvement projects and friendly contests.
