Kennon has a deep work history as a highly qualified executive manager for industry leaders such as Microsoft, American Airlines, Sybase, and EDS, and in a variety of leadership positions for companies like Gold Creek Capital and Optima Asset Management. Kennon is known for doing everything with intentionality and investing in the success of others. He even does this in his personal life, taking the time to be an elder at his church, taking photos of babies at a crisis pregnancy counseling center, and using his videography skills to capture the legacy of a fading generation. Bruce Griffith is President and Chief Operating Officer with over 15 years of experience at AssetBuilder. Bruce’s goal is to play a role in changing the legacy of the financial industry by providing a no-pressure, low-fee, high-quality approach to investment management and giving AssetBuilder’s clients a simple and smart way to invest. His favorite part of his job is the people he works with and the clients he has the privilege of supporting. He is known for developing long-lasting relationships with clients and celebrating with them when they reach goals and milestones.
Bruce earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and spent many years in the creative industry, first as co-founder of Griffith Phillips Creative, one of the top 25 agencies in the Southwest, then as Senior Vice President at Eisenberg & Associates. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys being the assistant softball coach at the University of Texas at Dallas, tackling home projects, and playing nerdy board games. Bruce loves his family and enjoys every minute he can spend with his wife, two adult daughters, their husbands, and his favorite (and only) grandson. Janet has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Arkansas and has spent time in management and administration in both corporate and non-profit environments. Janet’s experience spans most areas of business, from office management to human resources to client services to fundraising. In one of her more recent roles, she served as the CFO for Canyon Creek Ministries, overseeing the finances of a church, school, and daycare. Janet can often be found enjoying time with her family: her husband, two grown daughters, two sons-in-law, and grandson. She loves to cook, read, play board games, and travel.
